Project Location: Ft Thompson, SD POSITION SUMMARIES Contractor Quality Control Manager (CQC) The CQC Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the project’s Quality Control program in accordance with contract requirements, USACE standards, applicable specifications, and company policies. This role serves as a key member of the project management team and will work closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, subcontractors, suppliers, Government representatives, and the USACE Contracting Officer and Quality Assurance personnel to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the contract documents and required quality standards. Provide assistance to the project team and other duties as assigned. Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) The Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) will have primary responsibility for implementing, administering, monitoring, and enforcing the Contractor’s Safety & Occupational Health (SOH) program in accordance with the project contract, USACE EM 385-1-1, OSHA requirements, applicable federal and state regulations, and the approved Accident Prevention Plan (APP). The SSHO will work closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, subcontractors, foremen, and project personnel to maintain a safe and compliant jobsite.
