Our Objectives

It shall be the object of the the Consruction Industry Center to become the voice of the construction industry in the area, which serves, by the following:

1. To promote a spirit of cooperation and good will among its members and among those participating or interested in the contruction industry.
2. To cooperate with other groups, associations, or professional societies existing or those formed for like puposes.
3. To advise its members of new developments in the industry through the publication of the Weekly Bulletin and through the securing of plans and specifications of new and proposed work, and in any other way that will assist its members in keeping in touch with new and additional work.
4. To support lefislation in the interest of the construction industry and the community; to oppose legistlation contrary to such interests.
   To formulate and promote policies and procedures relating to invitations for bids, bid lettings, and contracting in the intersts of the membership and the community.
5. To serve the various levels of governement and the community with special or standing committees in matters wherin the speical knowledge of its members can be of value, but not inconsistent with teh aims of the Construction Industry Center.
