We now have available the 2012 International Building Code (IBC) and 2012 International Residential Code (IRC) Books. If you need to review a code or study for an exam you are welcome to stop by the CIC Office and utilize them. Nominal

This position duties and requirements include:

·        Coordinate schedule and direct all onsite work affectively to ensure the project schedule and goals are met.

·        Identify potential construction issues and work affectively to ensure the project schedule and goals are met.

·        Receive and check in materials and stock materials at job site.

·        Overall project specific responsibility for scheduling, site logistics, inspections, punch lists and client relations.

·        Meet regularly with Project Manager to review quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

·        Close out projects on time and on budget and meet or exceed client expectations.

·        Work with subcontractors/architects/engineers/building officials/etc.

Qualifications:

·        The ability to maintain documentation throughout every phase of a construction project and be highly detail oriented.

·        Professional appearance and demeanor.

·        Ability to read architectural and engineering plans.

·        Ability to travel and work varied hours as necessary.

·        A valid Driver's License and good driving record.

·        Must be proficient in reading construction plans and specifications.

·        Must have practiced verbal and written communication skills.

·        Must have problem solving skills

·        Must have excellent planning, organizing, multi-tasking skills and demonstrated ability to follow through on all projects, tasks and assignments.

 

Salary based on experience.
